My Background
Soon after I graduated from high school I started working as an
apprentice carpenter. Apprenticeship
is still common in this field. I
acquired knowledge of carpentry while working as an assistant to the
master carpenter. One day, I found an old, cheap house near my parentsf
house where I had lived. I repaired and refurbished it on my own,
spending all of my free time. I intended to live there, but a local
real estate agent asked me to sell it at an unexpectedly high price. I
gratefully accepted the offer, got a good profit, and I thought, gOh,
this is lucrative. I love it.h
I repeated the same thing several times. So I happened to become a real
estate investor. Later, I learned electric work and plumbing as well as
carpentry. I dig holes,
paint walls, and do plumbing and electric work now, so I can cut down
on
expenses, which I think has made me competitive in this field. Letfs
look at My Work to find out what I am actually doing every day, then.
