  　local food, this is very very delicious!
We almost eat this with alcohol when relatives gather.
 There are mainly lightly roasted bonito, 
sliced raw bonito,susi, youkan, fruites on the dish.
We kouchi people love  bonito and alcohol.

Ryouma
 a historical person in kochi,
He said "Japan shall get to be reformed once again".
Interestingly, Kouchi people add his name Ryouma on different items  
like  Ryouma Airport, Ryouma Marathon, Ryouma Campus,
Ryouma Barger, Ryouma Hotel and so on.
